These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Digitalriverz ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing our website at digitalriverz.com, creating an account, or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.

Upon successful payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the purchased product for your personal or business use, subject to the restrictions below.
The Agency plan grants an extended licence to deploy the product for up to 5 separate client projects. You may white-label and charge clients for services built on top of the product. You may not resell or transfer the source code itself to clients.
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of all applicable fees charged by Digital Rivers.
Payments are processed by our payment provider (Paddle). By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.
All sales are final upon successful delivery of the digital product, subject to our Refund Policy below.
Digital products are delivered via download link immediately upon payment confirmation. The download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout and is also accessible from your account dashboard.
If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder and then contact us at admin@digitalrivers.com.
We offer a 14-day refund policy on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
To request a refund, contact us at admin@digitalrivers.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
All products sold on Digital Rivers, including their source code, design and documentation, are protected by copyright. Ownership of the intellectual property remains with Digital Rivers or the respective creator. Your purchase grants you a licence to use the product — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
The Digital Rivers name, logo and branding are trademarks of Digital Rivers. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
Some of our products are designed to work with third-party services, including the Anthropic Claude API, Make.com, n8n, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other platforms. These services:
We do not guarantee that our products will continue to function if a third-party service changes or discontinues their API. We will make reasonable efforts to update our products in such cases, but this is not guaranteed.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
